3. Eat 3x per day

5. Walk for 15 minutes after dinner

Just 10 minutes creates the mindset shift from "exercise = punishment" to "movement = normal."

Start with just 10 minutes and add 2 minutes a day until you hit 30.

By March, walking will feel like second nature.

6. Keep yourself accountable

Comfort is a drug. Food is a drug. Sometimes you need help to break the vicious cycle.
