psa: i am not encouraging this, this is what i personally do !! stay safe and non ed accs dni <3
DIET:
firstly, i do mid restriction! i usually stay between 500-600 on the weekdays and 500-800 on the weekends; this usually allows me to have 2/3 meals a day, and when im lucky, a small snack! i am v short so i recommend doing mid res based on ur tdee :)
DIET CONT:
my meals r usually homemade, and r tiny portions; this helps me trick my brain to eat less yet feel full! my meals are usually 300cals or less :) examples of meals include teriyaki rice w/ an egg or oatmeal :)
DIET CONT:
i eat pretty clean, focusing on fruits & veggies! if i eat fast/junk food, it's in small portions and usually w/ something healthy (ex, mini croissants w/ homemade jam or grilled nuggets instead of regular ones)
DIET CONT:
these r some of my personal fav foods i eat!! check my fleets for more low-cal food inspo :)
WORKOUTS:
i workout daily!! i try to do at least 20 minutes, 5 when i wake up and 15 or more later in the day!! i also am a tennis player, so some days instead of a workout vid, i do that :) otherwise, i do about 30 mins a day; these r usually the videos i do!!
WORKOUT CONT:
working out isn't essential, but at least a morning yoga session can prepare you for the day and help set your intentions!!
GENERAL TIPS:
• i drink about 1-3L of water daily! it helps a lot
• i dont rlly restrict what i can eat; if it's under my limit, it's okay! this helps me not binge as much
• have fast food orders already in ur mind, just for that rare occasion! this has saved me sm
MORE TIPS:
• “the food will be there tomorrow” - this has stopped so many binges
• physically journaling/food logging on fleets has helped so much! it helps me be accountable as well as show patterns in my intake :)
TLDR:
mid restriction + 20-30 mins of workout a day with a focus on whole foods and small portions!! stay optimistic, everything will work out <3
